So you all are probably wondering why the frequency of updates screeched to a near-halt. To cut to the chase, I unfortunately can no longer afford to produce Suihira for free. It has taken a toll time-wise in the amount of more-lucrative freelance jobs I can do and it's starting to affect my financial situation and health in a negative way. Unfortunately, to be able to pay bills and actually have the ability to take time off of work, I need to cut Suihira's production amount by about one-third with its given Patreon goal. It was a heart-breaking decision, but a necessary one. I'm hoping to get more financial support on Suihira on Patreon, and I'm looking into more ways to make some cash on this comic, but in the meantime, the financial goals on Patreon (as shown on the bar above), as as follows:

$500+ per month: I will be able to make Suihira but will have freelance work as my priority and only upload when I can. This is where we're currently at, since we currently have $708 on Patreon. $1000+ per month: I will be able to post Suihira weekly every Wednesday. $2000+ per month: I will be able to post Suihira twice per week every Wednesday and Friday. $3000+ per month: I will be able to post Suihira three times per week every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

If you want more details, see this post on Patreon.

If you want more updates about the comic in the future, you can follow the Patreon without needing to pledge any money. If you enjoy the comic, I do encourage to pledge even $1. This comic is still my pride and joy, but it's difficult to make when it's taking up so much of my time I need to work to do jobs that pay my rent and bills, and I no longer can spare the tiny amounts of free time I have to work on it. If you don't have the cash to spare, that's ok. Share the comic with your friends and family that you think will enjoy it. Word-of-mouth is still the best advertising.

Thank you all as always. You're the best. :)
